Growth Mindset Interpretation
Greater Awareness for Greater Understanding
The Growth Mindset Assessment measures how your mind is oriented, specifically focusing on whether you exhibit characteristics of a fixed mindset or a growth mindset.
Fixed Mindset: People with a fixed mindset tend to believe that their abilities, intelligence, and talents are innate and unchangeable. They may avoid challenges, feel threatened by failure, and view effort as fruitless. They often seek validation of their abilities rather than seeking opportunities for growth and learning.
Growth Mindset: In contrast, people with a growth mindset believe that their abilities can be developed through dedication, effort, and perseverance. They embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, see failure as a stepping stone to success, and value the process of learning and improvement. They are more resilient in the face of setbacks and more likely to take on new challenges with enthusiasm.
The Growth Mindset Assessment (included for free in the Change Your Mindset, Change Your Life course) helps you identify your mindset and gain insights into your beliefs about intelligence, effort, and learning.
